Bayswater Beach

Lily and I were "running the roads" again today! We went to Bayswater Beach in the Blandford area with Debbie and Martie and their kiddos. It was foggy and cool for the first little while but the fog did eventually burn off and the sun was trying to make an appearance before we left. There were quite a few people there and I was surprised by the number of babies around Lily's age that were there. It was my first time to that beach - it was nice. My first love is still Carter's Beach but this was a pretty close second! The kids (and Debbie and Martie) were brave enough to go for a swim while Lily and I stayed back and watched! Much too cold for my liking! She even has a way to make grilled cheese sandwiches on the beach! They were delicious too! Maggie had made chocolate chip cookies for dessert which were equally as good! Oh well, she enjoys it just the same. There was a lot of seaweed around but not all dried up like I am used to seeing - this was soft and green.
